Your direct order
Gastro District LLC operates this Food Hub at 720 W Highland Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85013. Guest checkout requires no account. Contact information and, for delivery, a complete address are needed to fulfill your order. Keep your order reference and confirmation.
Prices, payment & promotions
Review items, quantities, fulfillment method, address and total before confirming in Stripe Checkout. The final total includes applicable taxes and charges; tips are optional. Promotions follow their displayed terms and availability and do not automatically combine. We will review pricing or availability errors with you; we will not charge a difference without your authorization.
Pickup & delivery
Delivery coverage, fee and availability are confirmed for your address. Times are estimates and can change with preparation, traffic, weather or courier availability. Check your address, unit, instructions and phone. Contact us promptly with your order reference for mistakes, significant delays or incomplete deliveries so we can review resolution options. Exact arrival times and recovery of deliveries already completed at an incorrect address are not guaranteed.
Changes & cancellations
Request changes or cancellation promptly. A request is not a confirmed cancellation: options depend on preparation and delivery status. If an item is unavailable, we will review a replacement or refund for the affected amount with you. We will not make substitutions affecting known allergies without your agreement.
Refunds & order issues
For missing or incorrect items, duplicate charges or other problems, contact us with your order reference and details. We will review the issue and applicable resolution without limiting statutory rights. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method, never a different card. Processing or available balance may leave a refund pending; banks typically take 5–10 business days to reflect it. A processing confirmation does not mean an immediate credit. Never share your full card number.
Gastro Passport & offers
Gastro Passport is our optional group rewards membership, formerly Gastro Society Club. Only eligible direct purchases made while signed in before payment earn under the program rules. Direct-menu savings and rewards for a future order are separate benefits, not a guaranteed additional immediate discount on your entire order.
Ingredients & outside platforms
Tell us about allergies before ordering and confirm whether we can accommodate them; we cannot guarantee no cross-contact in a shared kitchen. Images illustrate presentation, which may vary. DoorDash, Uber Eats, Picnic and other outside platforms use their own payment, delivery, promotion and claim processes. Use the support options of the platform where you ordered.
